Let the training begin
For those of you who know me, it's safe to say I had a very festive 2019 .
The laziness increased as did the take away food intake...
It's going to be a gruelling 16 weeks of training but i'm determined.
I'm already a couple of weeks into Ketosis and my energy levels have already increased, the weight has started to drop and the treadmill is actually getting used again.
I'll check back with you awesome legends in a week or two and see how we're tracking after my holiday week next week haha.
I’m taking on Melbourne Coastrek!
On Friday 30 October, I'll be taking part in Melbourne Coastrek, the ultimate team trekking and fundraising challenge, proudly supporting Beyond Blue.
After the most recent bushfires, the amount of Aussies that will suffer from PTSD will skyrocket. Organisations like Beyond Blue will need our help more than ever.
