Ive started training!
I have begun more walking in the suburb I live in, and including some hills :))
There are lovely views to the Melbourne City Skyline,a nd across to the Dandenongs.
It does feel like more purpose in my walks, knowing I will have to be prepared for 30km in one day. Ive done 20km maximum before, so I want to be as prepared as I can. Walking 7km on sand does feel a little daunting.....we will be training for that!
