Glorious Autumn weather on the Bass Coast for a 5km ramble with my youngest, Xavier. Slow pace to stop and photograph the many birds resting on the shoreline.

Quick 5 Kms to Coronet Bay
Winter is here! Squeezed in a quick 5 Kms between showers last Sunday.
Beaumaris Bay 20kms in 3 and half hours
Gorgeous Autumn morning on the beach path. Started early before the heat, and finished with no blisters. Had the right socks this time! Paw paw ointment all over the toes made a huge difference too.
Bring on 30k's!!!
Sunday 14 km trek
14 kms Sunday stroll with Brett and the pups down at the beach. Autumn is so much better for training. Blistered toes from the wrong socks:(
Saturday Mountain Biking
Stunning Autumn afternoon out training. Riding 10kms seems easier than walking, but the aches and pains are just in different places afterwards!
