Join us for and help your team prepare for an epic Coastrek experience! Full of helpful tips and tricks, the information session will cover important topics such as essential gear, what to wear, nutrition, how to train, first aid, safety, route information and more! Not only is Top Tips AWESOME fun, it's your exclusive opportunity to get face-to-face access to the experts in all things Coastrek. At least two of your should attend, especially if it's your first Coastrek - so rally the troops and make a night of it!
