The following information outlines the Coastrek 2027 VIP Pre-Sale and Early Bird Promotional periods Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions please email hello@coastrek.com.au.

VIP Pre-Sale

  1. VIP Discount is applied at $50 per team of two (teams are minimum 2 members) who sign up & complete their registration within the 24-hour VIP Pre-Sale promotion period. 
  2. Discount is applied at $25pp for any additional team members who join within the promotional period.
  3. No promo code needed, pricing will reflect the VIP discount during the promotional period, unless sold out earlier.
  4. New registrations after the VIP Pre-Sale will be charged at pricing current at time of purchase.
  5. Coastrek is a team fitness and fundraising challenge, participants also commit to a fundraising goal of $500 per person for Beyond Blue.

Early Bird

  1. Early Bird discount is applied at $25 per team of two (teams are minimum 2 members) who sign up & complete their registration during the Early Bird promotion period.

THREE FRIENDS COMPETITION 2027

The following information outlines the Coastrek Add 3 Friends to Win a Free Team Entry Competition Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions please email hello@coastrek.com.au.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Wild Women on Top Pty Ltd, ABN 19 062 805 636, whose registered address is Suite 15, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only.
4. Employees of Wild Women on Top and their immediate family members, and any agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
6. Only one entry per person per Coastrek Add 3 Friends to Win comp will be permitted.
7. The promotion closes two days before VIP registration opens for each state event and the winner will be announced one day before registration opens. See website for VIP open dates.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. There is one (1) prize awarded per competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. To enter, entrants must complete the question “Enter your most creative team name, and nominate up to three friends who would LUV to join you... and WIN!” as part of the Coastrek Add 3 Friends to Win Registration form, and provide up to 3 email addresses.
13. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the Promoter’s registered address.
14. The winner as deemed by the judges will be notified by email using contact details provided in their entry. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 3 months of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
15. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.

  2. The promoter is Wild Women on Top Pty Ltd, ABN 19 062 805 636, whose registered address is Suite 15, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia in partnership with Adventure Reels, promoter of the Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour in Australia.
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only.
  4. Employees of Wild Women on Top and their immediate family members, and any agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  5. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  6. The promotional period commences 01 August 2026 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on 29 August 2026.

Coastrek fees are published and updated at  www.coastrek.com.au. 
  10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. To enter, entrants must complete the entry form provided at screenings of the Gutsy GIrls Adventure Film Tour 2026 and submit the form as instructed.
  12. Three (3) prizewinners will determined via random selection on Thursday 29 October, 2026 by the promoter. 
  13. The winners will be notified by a nominated representative of Adventure Reels using contact details provided in their entry and may be announced on social media, website or email.
  14. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 3 months of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.

  12. 1 x prizewinner will determined from entries received at the Wellbeing at Work Summit – Sydney on 11 and 12 November 2025 by the promoter, and 1 x prizewinner will determined from entries received at the Wellbeing at Work Summit – Melbourne on 13 November 2025 by the promoter. The total of two (2) prizewinners will be determined via random selection from eligible entries no later than Friday 21 November by the promoter.? 
  13. The winners will be notified by a representative of Coastrek (Wild Women On Top Pty Ltd using contact details provided in their entry and may be announced on social media, website or email. 
  14. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 3 months of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. 
  15. The?result of the draw (or any redraw) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.?The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.

  17. Total prize pool is valued up to $900 depending on which Coastrek event distance the winner decides to enter. The prize cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for cash. Fundraising for Coastrek's charity partner and any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner(s).

COASTREK GUTSY GIRLS ADVENTURE FILM TOUR 2025 PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following information outlines the Coastrek Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour 2025 Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions please email hello@coastrek.com.au.

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter is Wild Women on Top Pty Ltd, ABN 19 062 805 636, whose registered address is Suite 15, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia in partnership with Adventure Reels, promoter of the Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour in Australia.
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only.
  4. Employees of Wild Women on Top and their immediate family members, and any agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  5. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  6. The promotional period commences Saturday 02 August 2025 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 20 August 2025
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  9. There are five (5) prizes of Team Entry to any Coastrek event held in 2026. Team entry is for two (2) team members and valued at $1,500 - $2,340 depending on the distance challenge chosen and entry fees current at time of registration. Coastrek fees are published at www.coastrek.com.au. 
  10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. To enter, entrants must complete the entry form provided at screenings of the Gutsy GIrls Adventure Film Tour 2025 and submit the form as instructed.
