COASTREK POST EVENT SURVEY 2024 TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following information outlines the Coastrek Post Event Survey 2024 Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions please email coastrek@wildwomenontop.com.

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter is Wild Women on Top Pty Ltd, ABN 19 062 805 636, whose registered address is Suite 219, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia.
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only.
  4. Employees of Wild Women on Top and their immediate family members, and any agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  6. Only one entry per person per Coastrek event will be permitted. The promotional period commences:
    1. Canberra - Saturday 16 March 2024 anc closes 11:59pm (AEDT) on Sunday 31 March 2024
    2. Sydney - Saturday 4 May 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 19 May 2024
    3. Mornington Peninsula - Saturday 25 May 2024 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 9 June 2024
    4. Sunshine Coast - Saturday 20 July 2024 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 4 August 2024
    5. Fleurieu Peninsula - Saturday 7 September 2024 and closes at 11.59pm (ACST) on Sunday 22 September 2024
    6. Margaret River - Saturday 26 October 2024 and closes at 11.59pm (AWST) on Sunday 10 November 2024 
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  9. There is one (1) prize of Team Entry to any Coastrek event held within the next 18 months. Team entry is for up to 4 team members.
  10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. To enter, entrants must complete the Coastrek Post Event Survey 2024 including their contact details and tell us in their own words “What did you get out of taking part in Coastrek this year?” and submit the survey as instructed.
  12. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the Promoter’s registered address.
  13. The winner as deemed by the judges will be notified by email using contact details provided in their entry. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 3 months of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
  14. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  17. Total prize pool is valued up to $1000 depending on which Coastrek event the winner decides to enter. The prize cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.
  18. You are providing your information to Wild Women on Top. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Wild Women On Top Privacy Policy found here. The Coastrek Post Event Survey 2024 is powered by SurveyMonkey whose Privacy Policy may be found here.

THREE FRIENDS COMPETITION 2023/2024

The following information outlines the Coastrek Add 3 Friends to Win a Free Team Entry Competition Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions please email coastrek@wildwomenontop.com.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Wild Women on Top Pty Ltd, ABN 19 062 805 636, whose registered address is Suite 219, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only.
4. Employees of Wild Women on Top and their immediate family members, and any agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
6. Only one entry per person per Coastrek Add 3 Friends to Win comp will be permitted.
7. The promotion closes two days before VIP registration opens for each state event and the winner will be announced one day before registration opens. See website for VIP open dates.

HEART FOUNDATION DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following information outlines the Heart Foundation discount offer Terms & Conditions, valid to midnight Wednesday 31 January 2024. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions please email coastrek@wildwomenontop.com. 

  1. Team Captains and their teammates may receive 10% discount off their Coastrek registration using promocode HFCOASTREK10 at time of payment. 
  2. Offer is valid for new Coastrek registrations only, made during the promotional period Tuesday 19 December 2024 to midnight Wednesday 31 January 2024 AEDT. Participants may choose between any of the Coastrek locations and distances currently open for registration. Registration fees vary by distance and are published on the Coastrek website. 
  3. Coastrek Teams are made up of four (4) team members. 
  4. Team Captains can opt to pay for all team members upon registration to ensure that all members receive the discount, otherwise team members will need to use the promocode during the promotional period to receive the discount. The Team Captain’s card will be charged after 2 weeks for any unpaid registration fees for the full team of 4 at the current pricing at that time.  
  5. On registering to participate in Coastrek you must agree to abide by the Coastrek Terms and Conditions and accept the Risk Waiver before participating. 
  6. Participants are expected to embrace the wild ride of training and fundraising! Coastrek is a fitness AND fundraising challenge, participants agree to fundraise $2000 as a team for the Heart Foundation (don’t worry, there’s lots of ways to make this fun and we support you every step of the way!) 
  7. Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Team registration may not be further transferred to another Coastrek event once registered.

  1. Team Captains and their teammates may receive 25% discount off their Coastrek registration using promocode COASTREK25 at time of payment. 
  2. Offer is valid for new Coastrek registrations only, made during the promotional period Thursday 25 January 2024 to midnight 9 February 2024 AEDT. Participants may choose between any of the Coastrek locations and distances currently open for registration. Registration fees vary by distance and are published on the Coastrek website. 
  3. Coastrek Teams are made up of four (4) team members.
