We're taking on Coastrek!

We’re hiking for mental health with Coastrek, proudly supporting Beyond Blue. 

We’re taking part in Coastrek, Australia’s iconic hiking challenge! We’ll be training as a team for an epic coastal trek to improve our health, fitness and wellbeing while raising funds for Beyond Blue.  

In Australia, around 5 million people are living with anxiety and depression and nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime. More than 750 people reach out to the Beyond Blue 24/7 Support Service every day – that’s over 275,000 life-changing conversations every year.   

On average, $66 helps start a vital conversation with a trained professional. With your support, the funds I raise will help ensure Beyond Blue can be there when someone feels alone or overwhelmed, or like they don’t know what to do next.   

Our Coastrek hike for mental health will include months of training, tackling soft sand and probably a blister or two – plus lots of laughs, connection and important conversations, spectacular scenery and a sweet feeling of exhilaration when we cross that finish line.
